To ensure that change is lasting and sustainable, our holistic and strength-based change approach
ensures that:
- Strategy formulation is integrated with strategy implementation.

A typical change journey
While every project is unique, a typical change journey could look like
the following:
- Align the leadership team around the project objectives and project
approach.
- Work with a small core team consisting of representatives of the whole
organisation to define the focus of the project, to identify the internal
stakeholders and the external stakeholders, and to design the methods for
maximum engagement.
- Engage as many stakeholders as possible to formulate the vision and
strategy:
- Discover the organisation's positive core.
- Create a shared image of a desired future.
- Innovate ways to create that desired future.
- Commit to an action plan to make the vision real.
- Provide the necessary resources to secure quick wins and to launch
implementation projects.
- Use integrated transition management and project management to facilitate implementation projects.
- Share success stories, celebrate milestones, and learn continuously to
build and sustain momentum for change and innovation.
- Learning, invention, innovation, and change become a way of life.

Examples of implementation projects include, but not limited to:
- Design new products/services and/or enter new markets.
- Reengineer/redesign business processes.
- Implement new technology.
- Design a new organisation.
- Change leadership and culture.
- Change the performance appraisal, talent management, and other HR systems.
